The first Candle Brand in Kurdistan Let me introduce to you Miss Huda Sarhang Abdulrahman The founder of Lala candles brand, the first handmade candles brand in Kurdistan. Huda, 25 years old, is a graduate of UKH, holding BA and MA degree in Politics and international relations. She works for one of the international organizations in Kurdistan, however beside her full-time job, she has started her own business of candles and as an entrepreneur, she is reviving a lot of attention as she has mixed the Kurdistani culture with candles. Huda says "It is true that my study area is totally different from what I do now, however, I don’t regret it. Instead, I am planning to expand my business and build a factory of first handmade candles in Kurdistan where other women can join me have work with me".
