Some corrupt leaders

Daryl Balia, Chief Director of Ethics in the Office of the Public Service Commission in African pointed out that “corruption is as old as government itself, and where there is a public rand there'll always be a crooked hand” (Grobler, 2002: Quotation page). In addition,  Lord Acton, who lived from 1834 to 1902 and was Regius Professor of Modern History at Cambridge University, in England has very famous quote about corrupt leaders, he said “Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”Hence, just have a look at some corrupt leaders, or ' crooked hand'.
